I have 4 ads in my campaign they are served 12%, 12,5%, 1%, 0,4% is that ok?
Why are they so low? Shouldn't match 100% the sum of the 4 ads?

silverbytes, I'm guessing that you may be checking on a date range for which the stats are not yet fully updated. (The date range of 'today', for example, will not be fully updated in the Ad Group view, where you are seeing this info.)
If you look for a date range not including the current day, I suspect you'll see they add up. Just make sure it was a date range in which they were all running!
