Very close to ending adwords and adsense accounts

I have several accounts with adwords that I manage for clients. This week I started another new account and have had nothing but problems and a very low standard in customer service!
I am not new at this so I know what I am doing. In fact the new account is a direct copy of another account I manage, with only a few minor changes. However, I have had nothing but problems and the new account keeps getting slowed for no reason, also charges are made against it.
Also, since the latest changes, the CTR on all accounts have increased with NIL return. I guess this may do with the new search feature that publishers are able to put on their sites, along with the 'new improved' keyword match. I have talked with some of my clients about their ROI and some have reported a 50% decrease, with some reporting a 100% decrease.
I have used adwords for some time now and it has had its ups and downs, but I feel this may be the end of the road for me as my clients are wanting better results. The icing on the cake came in the last few days as I watched adsense on all 36 channels drop by 50% on a large number of my own content sites.

I wouldn't be hasty about making broad decisions based upon a new account that's been in effect for a week. I always find it takes two weeks of poking before campaigns stop running themselves into the ground.

Remember, the new campaign doesn't have the benefit of good CTR that your old campaigns do. So a new campaign identical to an established one won't likely do as good as the established one (no high CTR means no high position for the same bid, etc).

I run several accounts... not campaigns, but accounts as a manager for other people. The CTR has been affected in a negative manner for all accounts and these campaigns have been running for months. As for CTR on the new account, it has nil because the system has bugs, which I have seen before and the adwords team refuse that this is the case and as if by magic the account works. But other problems are cropping up.

I have now moved some accounts to another ppc company and will see how they do.
