Organic Google traffic cut in half after Adwords reject

I operate a site that has a pop-up upon a new user's page view. I have had a PR of 5 for months, and still do.

Meanwhile I has an Adwords listing rejected for pops yesterday. Hours later, I saw a huge drop in organic Google traffic to the site.

Any chance the two events are related? Anyone else heard of such a thing?

I assure you that the answer is "No". There is no relation at all between what happens on the left hand side of the page and what happens on the right hand side of the page.
