Is it just our account or is everyone noticing a backlog in the reviewing of new ads at this time?

Ben.

Yes, and I think all y'all were especially busy editing and creating ads over that long weekend too!

Serious 'reviewage' is going on, I assure you.

I, too, was getting frustrated by inactivity on my brand new account. After 249 impressions, the whole thing ground to a halt and lay dormant.

I received late today a very pleasant e-mail from "Darcy" at Google explaining the review process and my account is now running nicely again. Hot diggity dog.

I think the trademark enforement is causing this delay. I use the power of Excel often when creating Adwords campaigns and often can submit hundreds of thousands of keywords.

Before, they would all go into rotation almost asap, and then get flagged for when I accidently ran into a trademarked item.

Now it would appear that some combination or amount of keywords flags an adgroup and it won't receive impressions until Google gives it's blessing.

I too, received an email about the delay - just a hunch on the reason why.

If I ever lose my mind, please remind me that I do NOT want to go to work at Google as an ad reviewer.
