Over Daily Budget

Google has gone over my daily budget in one of my catagories by a pretty good amount. I have heard somewhere that Google will give a refund if this happens? Is this true and how do they give the refund? Does this mean I am getting free clicks?

Daily totals are not always precisely on budget, but they try to average things out by the end of the month.

If your month's total is under budget, you'll get billed for whatever clicks you received. If your month's total is over budget, you'll only be charged what you budgeted, and you'll indeed get some free clicks.

On your monthly statement Google will multiply your daily limit by number of days. For example $1 daily limit x 30 days = $30 a month. If they gave you more than that you only pay $30. By over delivering on some days it ensures they use up your maximum monthly budget because some days may not deliver the same level of traffic.

If you want Google to refund now instead of waiting to the end of the month, change your daily budget today.

For example, your current daily budget is $xx.00, you can change to $xx.00+$1, wait for a day and then change it back or keep the new one.
