Never seen this before (at least not on a respectable site ;)): I closed an AdWords window halfway an action (hit a butting and decided not to wait for the result) and then IE went mad. Kept opening new windows almost faster then I could close them. Don't know if this is something-IE or something-AdWords so I thought I'd better post it here :)

It's probably not an AdWords issue.

Scumware? or a glitch in IE?

You might want to attempt to reproduce this effect 1) on your machine a second/third time; and then 2) on someone else's machine - and only then sound the alarm.

I found it more funny then alarming :)

No scumware around here. Couldn't reproduce it but that could be a matter of timing.

what's an 'adwords window'? Do you mean the advertiser's site? Or the window with Google search results (and adwords ads).?

Neither. I meant the window in which I was tweaking the AdWords account. adwords.google.com/etc.
