Dynamic Keyword Insertion

How do you do it.

I was not able to find much on dynamic keyword insertion using WebmasterWorld site search.

I understand that the format to use for keyword insertion in and adword title is:

{keyword:default}

Are there character limits for the keyword or default?

Can the same format be used to insert a keyword into line 1 or 2 of the ad?

same character limits as non dynamic. If the dynamic won't fit, it will use the 'default' so make sure your default will fit (including spaces)
