I had a word that got 0.7 over the last month and 2.1 over the last 7 days, obviously it was going up but it was disabled becasue of low clickthru count. How can something like this be reset, they don't give it much time to work...

To re-enable the keyword -
1) Change the ad copy and resubmit.
2) Delete the keyword, start a new adgroup, insert the disabled keyword and then resubmit.
