When writing an Adwords ad that includes free shipping on orders over $50 can you just put "Free Shipping"? What has worked for you? Will Google approve it?
Since this one has been around for a bit, I'll jump in.
You would be OK, zeus661, so long as the "Free shipping on orders over $50.00" offer was reflected on your site.
An important distinction:
* Ordinarily, "Free" offers must be confirmed on your site within one or two clicks of the landing page.
* However, "Free Shipping" offers are the exception. They may appear up to (and including) the checkout process.
IMO, though, it is a far better customer experience to not make your customer go through the checkout process in order to confirm the free shipping offer.
Just speaking for myself as a consumer, I leave in a hurry if the offer is not reflected on the landing page.
