being promoted via PPC. I have a few hundred dollars to play around with, so I would like to know what are some of the hot and profitable affiliate programs with decent conversions. Also which PPC engine did you use.
Thanks for the information and help.

I would use Adwords if you are not doing good Google, but if you are not doing good on Yahoo I would use Overture and if you are not doing good on Yahoo or Google I would use Adwords.

Hey,

I doubt very highly that anyone is going to name programs that are working for them. A few names may get thrown around, but the actual method of selling their product will be sketched out if you know what I mean :-]

Once you find a product that convert directly to merchant, you tend not to talk about it.

Early June.....last minute summer travelers are easy to convert - Right NOW!.....Airlines, Hotels, Car Rentals.

You are a bit late for real estate season, but financial products (mortgages) are still doing okay as they lag by a few months.

In the US unemployment is in a shifting sands mode, that is good for credit cards, equity loans and the staple credit reports.

I personally believe financial investment will be big December 04 through July 05, so you have time to get into that market.

My main concern is with your stake, a few hundred dollars is tricky to play a numbers game with. When playing a short stack it can be very hit and miss. A couple of hundred thousand and you should be able to hit several good opportunities.

As for where to put your money. PPC is always bad value, but if that is your only choice then I personally think Overture is a tad better than Google in the hot markets right now. I see Google running at twice the price for less than twice the volume.......so your buck will stretch to a few more visitors on Overture. They also convert a tad better if you ignore the declining AOL user population.
