Anybody else experiencing the same problem?

For the past 24 hours or so I'm unable to login to my Adwords account, from the Netherlands that is.

Tried different browsers and different connections but that doesn't make any difference. Mailed support but haven't heard back from them yet.

Anybody have any ideas?

Works fine here in the Netherlands. Search this forum as there is a specific SSL setting that you gotta have to make it work. I do not have the URL at this time.

"specific SSL setting"

That's insane. Can we make it EASY to do business? I have an account that I haven't been able to access for about a week. I mean heck, I can't even reach the log in page when I use "adwords" in a google search.

Pssst...what's the magic code folks?

[adwords.google.com...]

The page cannot be displayed

The SSL setting that Robsp mentions is addressed in the thread below, along with a few other things to check.

[webmasterworld.com...]

I checked with engineering after a similar post yesterday, and there were not any system issues at work preventing the login page from showing - and I'm not hearing of this beyond the few posts in this forum.

I'll check with the tech folks again today, however.

Hardwood Guy, your specific issue sort of has the ring of Scumware to it. Have you checked for that?

Thanks all for your replies.

I'm not exactly new to this however, I've experienced login trouble before, and I've already checked everything that could be checked.

I just cannot login, and this is getting more and more frustrating...

Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this:)

If your password is shorter than 7 characters then click the link "forgot your password" and reset it.

They seem to have created a new rule that puts a lower limit on the password length and all old passwords which are less than 7 chars long just stall at the login.

In another post today Shak talked about why he loved this forum. The post above is an example of why I love it.

This is news to me, and I'm very glad to have learned it!

Thanks bcc1234!

Same difficulties here (USA, CA) for 48 hours give or take:

Attempted access via two machines (win xp i.e 6 and linux konqueror, seperate ip addr) and timed out on login screen several times with both. Then late this afternoon was able to sucessfully login twice.

Recieved mail from support telling me to indeed reset the password. Tried to login without reset first, and it worked first time! If I hit new trouble I'll let you know.
