Ad Approval for Content Sites

Okay, I have a Clickbank product that I have been promoting that is converting well. Over 90% of the clicks come from the content advertiser sites.

So I made 5 new ads last Wednesday 5/12 - and these ads are still not showing on the content sites. I have "auto optimization" turned off.

I have sent Google a help message but all they say is that they are in the review que.

So how long should it take to get new ads approved for content distribution? Kindof makes it hard to tweak ad copy when it takes a week for it to go active on the content sites.

It varies from 1 day to 3 weeks in my experience. Mailing Google support always works for me and expedites the proces.
