adwords campaigns always stop showing on a saturday morning?

Again, 3 of my campaigns that were running fine for a few weeks now stopped showing today on saturday morning. All was fine with them until 12 AM today, and one minute later they disappeared from google. I don't understand this anymore. It's the 4th time my campaigns stopped showing on a saturday morning without any given reason, even nobody is working in the adwords offices on saturdays (and sundays). So, who turned my ads off then? I wrote several times to the support that it looks fishy to get ads removed from google on a saturday morning cause nobody is working over there. For me it looks more like there is a bug in the system or my account. But they don't care about this all.
What can I do now, do I really have to wait again till monday afternoon, till they passed through their support backlog?

did you have any response from support with your query.

seems very strange, imagine if the weekend was your busiest part of trade.

seems very strange, imagine if the weekend was your busiest part of trade.

It IS my busiest part of the week.

But what can I do, I sent them so many emails about this in the past 2 months.

The first time my ads stopped on a saturday morning they found a bug in my account after 10 days of heavy emailing. This was the reason why my ads have stopped.

The next time they said the ads stopped running because my landing page links to a site which has one link to a dialer. They must have thought their system has detected (on a saturday morning) somewhere on my landing page a link to another site (not one of my own sites) which has a link to a dialer (and I highly doubt that their system can do this). But for them it was ok, upon review they found this link to a dialer somewhere on a page to which I link and so they didn't worry at all why my ads were stopped on a saturday. It made sence for them.

And they were right with this dialer link, the link was there, but at this time their policy has still allowed this link (they changed their policy later this week). They told me on this monday that from today on they don't allow a link to a dialer anymore. But the system has already pulled my ads for this two days earlier on saturday morning.

The last time I submitted new campaigns they didn't started to run, so I emailed them and asked whats the problem. And again they replied that my ads are linking to a dialer (and their system has detected this automatically). But of course the ads were not linked to any dialer at all, after all what happend I would never submit an ad again which links to a dialer. And after they changed their policy about dialers I respect this rule of course.

And I don't think that their system is able to detect if a landing page links to another site which has a link to a dialer. Their system would have to deep crawl my landing page and then deep crawl every site to which my landingpage links to detect if this site has a link to a dialer. As far as I know their system only red-flaggs forbidden words in the ad copy or in the keyword list, the system doesn't crawl automatically landing pages and the pages to which these landing pages are linking.

And now the campaigns that stopped running today don't have any link to a dialer as well, and they were even running fine for some weeks. So far no reason is given from adwords (and they can't give any reason because nobody is working there today and tomorrow).

So why don't they understand that there is something wrong with their system or my account. What do they think at all when their system stopps campaigns on saturdays, doesn't this look weird enough to dig a little deeper into this problem? When I write them that my campaigns stopped on a saturday they always look into my ads and landingpages deeper and deeper to find a reason why this could have happened. They never wonder at all why my campaigns get disapproved on saturdays. They always search on mondays to find a good reason for the disapproval.

It's interesting b/c my campaign stopped at 12AM this morning too.

I THINK it was because I had the campaign ending time set to today but not sure. (I arbitrarily set it out a couple weeks when first starting so it wouldn't get out of hand.)

It paused once before for this - and I moved the date out and it restarted. No big deal - my fault for the campaign stopping.

Today though - well it's been almost 12 hours now since I restarted it and not a single impression.

Very annoying. I only make $5-10 a day right now as I'm starting out - so it isn't the money I'm really fretting - just the annoyance of it not working like it is supposed to.

As a matter of interest, we have Adsense running (UK) and on the last two Fridays and Saturdays, CTR has been a disaster. We're wondering why - perhaps a few non-shows for Adwords advertisers is doing the damage?

yump, if you mean the amount of CTR (and not CTR %) maybe. Allthough not in my case, I have content match turned on but there are rarely any content sites in my market area.

Ok I finally found the problem.

It took a while - but Adwords finally told me when logging in that I had a CC problem and it couldn't charge my card so my ads have stopped.

(My CC company closed down that card 2 weeks ago when they determined it was on a list of stolen #'s - I DID fix it in G within a few days - when my new card showed, but perhaps it didn't take - we'll see if it takes this time)
