I remember reading somewhere that Google will switch back and forth on showing the ads but can't remember if the box needs to be checked or unchecked.
What I want is for the ad with a matching keyword to show.

If you want to run a test to see which ad converts better and have a way to track it, you may want to uncheck the box so each ad will be served the same amount and you'll find the ad that makes you more money, generates more leads, etc..

zeus661, I just wanted to make sure you didn't walk away with the impression that the system will begin to favor the ad with the closest headline. (This may end up being the case, since that ad might have the highest CTR, being more targeted - but it is certainly not a given.)
Bottom line though, it works just as skibum outlined.

You should use a dynamic title for this case so that the kw searched and title shown are always matched.
