Help with adwords

I am new to adwords. There is one thing I am not clear about.

On the All Campaigns screen, it says I have 300 impressions. But then in the campaign#1 screen, it says I have 83 impressions. I thought it was an update problem, but i waited almost an hour and the all campaign screen keeps on going up, but the campaign#1 stays the same.

I only have 1 campaign, and only 1 ad group.

Any idea?

although i am impatient, I normally allow 24 hours to be sure what happened before comparing with our inhouse tracking
