My budgest isn't even being used, all my campaigns are active. Even my keywords are marked as "strong". Yet none of my ads show.
I have two campaigns, total £10/day budget, and today(it's 4pm now) not a single penny has been used, not a single click or impression. Everything in the adwords panel looks fine. The campaigns haven't expired, the keyword status is good, they haven't been dis-activated the budget is "ok" as told by google.
Can anyone help me with this please?
As highly knowledgable and sharp as WebmasterWorld members are, it is still really hard to troubleshoot questions of this nature due to:
* the high number of variables that could cause the problem, combined with
* the limited amount of information that you can provide here, combined with the fact that
* we can't see your account
So, I'd always suggest that in combination with posting here, that you also contact AdWords support and ask them to take a look at your actual account.
Here is a thread from the past that gives some hints on getting the best customer service from the AdWords support team:

Have sent an email to adwords support. The only worry is they don't open until the Pacific cost does so I can't call the help line number I have. Not great service for a 24 hour medium.
Is this a wider issue?
1. press 1 and enter your Customer ID. Your ID number is located at the top of every page in your AdWords account, next to your name and email address.
or
2. Press 2 if you do not have your Customer ID available and would like to be transferred to the next available AdWords Specialist.

Weird thing is I had this several times in the last 2 months that all my campaigns stopped showing suddenly, they never said that was due to a technical issue. They always said that I violate their terms here or there (which was not true sometimes).
But why cite technical reasons? Why not at least warn me in email? And more importantly, why do they need to take you off line while doing so? It is complete nonsense.
I don't know if google have ever given lessons in customer service, but the number 1 rule is: if you screw up, communicate!
The worst thing ever from a customer care point of view is sitting on a problem, hiding all the fact and not communicating the issues. That and making unkept promises.
I suggest everyone with a similar problem in the UK bombard the call centre with Shak's number until they get a response, or google at least email an acknowledgement.
4 hours ago I have submitted 4 new campaigns to kanoodle and they have already passed the review process, and I even had a short email conversation with the reviewer. These guys are unbelievable fast compared to google.
Phoned today & spoke to someone who couldn't get into my account at all themselves! Will get someone technical to look at it, but probably won't get back to me until tomorrow. By then my ads wil have been down 10 days! But what does that matter, I'm only a customer.
Also interesting that AWA hasn't revisted this thread. We're obviously just more white noise.
Oh my. Sorry to disappoint.
However, sometimes my day job does get in the way of being here on WebmasterWorld. Such is the case these past few days - as my tasks have overwhelmed my time.
Doing my best folks!
Even though Shak has heard through the grapevine that posting here is my full time job, that is not really the case. ;)
