Ad Group Spending

Not long signed up for Google Adwords but one question can we see spending for each ad group individually on the invoice when we get one through?

If not what do we actually get told on the invoice?

Depending on whether you are self-service or agency (I'll assume your self-serve).

Adwords do not send you the invoice, you need to go into your account through the My Account tab and then you will see the various charges.

For each individual invoice there is a printable receipt and a printable invoice.

The receipt just says you've paid the money (but not any date, or which account it relates to).

The printable invoice will have details of expenditure at campaign level, not at ad group level.

The invoice is available only as an html file, albeit in a 'printable' layout. Account details ie a list of all invoices, can be downloaded as a csv file.
