Check this [adwords.google.com...]

Does your business have anything to do with point 6?

Else, contact google. They will be able to specifically tell you why your ads are not being shown at AOL.

One thing to also keep in mind is that Google does not allow you to double serve ads. If any company is running a Northern Banner as well as an Adwords campaign, the Adwords ad is not shown to the user but Google keeps it in the ranking.

So, to the user, your Adwords ad might show up in 2nd place, however, the "invisible Adwords ads" could be ranked above you actually making your placement 4th, not 2nd. AOL pulls the top 3 ads.
