Dead Stop for Anyone Else?

Adwords has about died

Got a message that they would be down for fifteen minutes earlier, but I am getting no impressions, no click, no nothing, but it says everything is active.

Anyone else having this problem?

I don't understand this google thing, I guess. I was promised 4,600 clicks on one of the words, of which I am 1.3 and on the first page, and one of the highest payers, but I am getting nothing out of it.

Also, it says i am active, but i am not showing up in any of the google searches, although others are?

I even set it at $50,000 budget for a while, still nothing.

Same here, 24+ different ad groups and 0 impressions with a $500,000 budget.
