I am about to start with my first ad. Is it possible for someone to figure out my keywords I use in my G Adwords ad? If so, how do they do it? Thanks

Not just from looking at your ad. They can tell if your ad show up for a particular keyword (obviously) but can't tell what match setting you have it set to.
I create my own keywords based on my statistics. But as an experiment, I set up a campaign using Google Suggested keywords. The suggested keywords were loaded with misspelled words and words that were run together. I was very doubtful about it but the resulting trffic has been great.
