Adwords turning me crazy!

Hi all,

I've decided to post this here because it's been going on for too long now. I've been very patient with the Adwords "support" team but enough is enough.
Here is what's been going on since I started to use Adwords about 7 months ago:

I can't create a new Adgroup for 7 days and everytimes I email them about that, they answer that they've now fixed the problem and that I should be able to create new Ads now. I just don't want to create a new Ad but an Adgroup!

About 2 weeks ago, after complaining about the fact my account was too slow (I was not even able to login most of the time), they told me to separate my campaigns in different accounts. I've been using Adwords for 7 months and had more 200 Adgroups to move up. Result: I spent 4 full days moving all my Ads!

The week before, I spent a week and a dozen of emails argueing about an Ad I made for eBay about 6 months ago. The Ad was not modified during that time, was checked twice a day for 6 months as it generates more than 200,000 impressions per day and was considered fine by the Adwords team, until a new guy had a look at it. I had to email the Help team to get my Ad live again and unmodified. I finally got an email saying that this was their mistake!

A couple of months before, all my Ads were stopped because the "aff" designation was not starting with a capital A, despite they had been running fine for more than 4 months.

Every single week I get a new guy from the Adwords "support" team coming from nowhere and changing the rules.

Why don't they do the same as the other PPC engines and approve the ads before they go live and don't come back to them until they get modified by the owner?

Why don't they invest some of the millions we spend everyday to get their system working and their support team properly trained?

Why don't they let their clients now about the number of ads/keywords we can have per account straight from the beginning?

Are you experiencing the same or have they decided to make only my job nightmare?

Cheers

Jeff

I don't want to open up an old wound, but I know what you are talking about.

My campaigns are disapproved for more than 2 weeks now for something everybody else is still allowed to do. 90% of all adwords ads in my niche are still doing this. But the support keeps telling me that they apply the same rules to all ads, while everyone who will can clearly see on google that this is not the case.

Only 2 days before this nightmare began all my campaigns were disabled and not running for 10 days. I emailed the support several times each day about it. They always replied me that all my campaigns were running fine on their side. But all my campaigns got 0 impressions and I didn't found a single one of my ads on google. The support kept telling me that everything is ok, until on the 10th day finally they told me that there was a technical issue in their system preventing my ads from showing.

This UK/Ireland team is doing a great job :(

I've spent $7,000 on adwords in the past half year, but I don't see a future there.
