Hi,

I'm new to AdWords and need some help.

After run for a while, google suddenly stop showing my Ads. When I ask AdWords support, here is the reply:
------
Thank you for your email. Due to difficulties with related accounts created in our program, we are unable to allow you to advertise on Google.
------

When I ask to clarify what should I do to fix the problem, they just seem to ignore me, and I never got any answer.

Can anybody tell me what should I do?

Thanks.

I doubt there is much you can do. They don't like you - they don't want you. Simple as that.
They are ignoring me as well. I don't get any reply to my support mails anymore, regardless of the subject of the mail. So far I didn't found any way to get things cleared.

Hobbnet

I don't understand your question, is there different type of account?

The ads is promoting an AdWords Guide e-book, and land directly to the merchant site through my affiliates link.

Additional Info:
The ads had been run for thousands impresions and receive 78 click and the CTR is good, then suddenly it stop.

Have you tried searching the word in G and seeing if anyone else is doing the same sort of Ad?
Did you write the (Aff) in the add?

From what you have said so far, which is understandably very little, there has been some problems with other adword users who have abused the system.

Google may have a list of banned words.... it could be one of them.

If you cannot say the word etc here, then sticky me.

When an account gets to the point that its affecting your profitibility, give them a call. Their phone staff is excellent and can solve most issues within a few minutes. What could take days of speculation here, could be solved by a 5 minute phone call to know the exact problem.

When I asked what your account was I meant, what is the subject matter of the website you are promoting. It sounds like there is a conflict of interest in the email they sent you.

If the e-book is at a website that violates Googles trademarks in their domain name, that may be the problem. Google is on a hunt down right now for websites and domains that violate their trademarks.

Does G have a page that explains what is fair use of their trademark?

Yep, that is the correct number.

Be sure to dial a '1' first.

BTW, the same number in an easier to dial format is: 1.866.246.6453

To summarize:

* Easy to remember: 1.866.2google
* Easy to dial: 1.866.246.6453

;)

Finally got connected. She said she don't have the the info on why my ads didn't show and put my call on records and will contact me by e-mail.

Sigh.. I just hope they response to my e-mail before, so I don't have to stay up very late at night just to hear they will contact me by e-mail.

Anyway thanks eWhisper
