Some of the accounts suddenly die inexplicably for no real reason. I call it the AIDS (AdWords' Inexplicable Death Syndrome). I have noticed that this mostly happens whenever Google fools around with their database and it only affects a few accounts.
It has happened to me a number of times. :)
A few mails to customer support team generally sets things right in a few days.

Another WebmasterWorld member had a similar problem - I'm unable to dig out that thread. If you can spend some time, just go through some of the old threads in the AdWords forum and try contacting that member for a possible solution.
Meanwhile, consider signing up for other PPC search engines like Overture, FindWhat, Lycos, Sprinks and 7Search.
It seems that I understand the problem - I have another account in Adwords with the same billing info. It seems that GG don't like it. (But at the same time these two accounts worked 2 months without problems)
Also it happend that to call Google is unuseful thing - they don't want to speak, they say that you must contact only by email. So, I wrote them and waiting for reply.
And of course I use other PPC, but from my 2 years experience only Overture and Adwords give good results.
We made 3 phone calls to them - they said: wait an email.
Today, 10 Jan we've got email:
"Thank you for your call. However, due to difficulties with previous accounts you created in our program, we are unable to allow you to advertise on Google."
:()
Hysterical laughter!
They don't like their clients, We spent about $10000 at Adwords and it seems that they don't want our money..
As I wrote, we have the second account with the same billing info. Yesterday we asked to remove it. Maybe after removing they say us something.
The story is continuing...
You simply cannot afford to ignore Google's traffic. If your pockets are deep enough, I suggest you try Premium Sponsorship. Since you will be paying $5000 per month minimum, you will have your own account manager. And you will be able to contact him/her through email, chat and telephone.
The reason was to separate the fees. Companies at the second account were to non-english queries..
I've just wrote the reply and said about this. Will see what will be the reply. (I'll write here the details)
As about Premium Sponsorship - it's too expensive for us to spend $5000/month. We spent $10000 for year - and this is our level. Anyway thank you for advise, vibgyor. I'll try to speak with my chief about this.
I do remember Google customer service guy saying "A company/ individual is not supposed to have more than one account - even with different credit cards"
I guess all the Google AdWords loony laws are because of their billing model. Unlike other PPCs, Google bills their advertisers only after service has been rendered (traffic has been sent).
It probably makes them nervous when somebody creates multiple acounts with same credit card or multiple accounts with multiple credit cards.
I wish they put their rules in their TOS.
I disagree with the issue with credit cards on different accounts. We run lots of accounts for clients and we always use the same credit card, and never had any problem.
