What to do with inactive campaigns?

All my campaigns were running fine since months. I usually got 30,000 impressions and 600 clicks per day combined to my 11 campaigns.
Until I changed the destination url for 9 of my campaigns and adding a new one last saturday. Now my campaigns rarely getting any impressions, most of them are getting really 0 impressions at all.

I emailed the support team several times, but I think they have no clue what I'm talking about.

It really took them 4 days to find out that 6 of my campaigns were still not reviewed. They didn't saw this before. They then approved them and I was happy about this solved issue.

But the next day (today) 8 of my campaigns were getting inactive again. They aren't getting any impression at all. But I haven't changed anything in these campaigns!

So I emailed them again and told them that this issue is still NOT solved and that now 8 of my campaigns were not running. They looked into it but couldn't find anything suspicious. They told me that the ads are active and running, but that I might should rise the daily budget to the recommended amount. Well, it's set to 5 euro (and always was for the last months) and the campaigns are not getting a single impression, I really don't know in which way it should help me to rise the daily budget.

I told them to look into my stats of the 5th of march (the day before I changed my ads and the last day they were running correctly) and all days before the 5th of march to see that I usually get 600 clicks per day and not 200 or less like now.
Impressions are down from 30,000 to under 15,000 per day (without changing anything!). Today so far I have only 4,000 impressions and more than half of the day is over. 8 of my 12 campaigns are not getting any click now. My ads getting now only 30% exposure compared to what I usually get. But adwords support tells me its all ok, and all ads were active. They don't see any difference to before.

So I'm really lost here. What else can I do to show them the obvious? I mean you don't need a diploma to see that there is something wrong when impressions and clicks for several campaigns decrease by 50%-70% overnight without changing anything.

Imagine you'll lose 70% of your income overnight and all are telling you everything is alright.
At this time of the day I usually have between 250 and 400 clicks to my campaigns, while now I only have gotten 66 clicks. Well, what can I say...

Any thoughts are much appreciated!

huh? is this true? I don't think it is....

I don't think this as well. And the one ad that is running again now immediately was at the first position and also in the premium spot a few times now while there are 8 other ads for this keyphrase. And this usually don't happen for reseted/new ads.

ihave not read this entire thread carefully and maybe it has been said already, but I noticed in your screen picture that you are only bidding .05 euros could it be that bids have gone up and you were bumped to page 2 and thus the greatly reduced impressions?

<<But another thing makes me pretty hopeful. All of a sudden, 45 minutes ago, one of my not running campaigns starts to get impressions, and I can find the ads on google now, they immediately jumped back to pos #1 for important keywords.>>

Sowe,
Glad to hear good news.

Yes, I like to do something new than to sit and wait. Sometimes, it works but other times it does not. However, I have nothing to lose. I start out by creating a new ad campaign with a single ad group and a new keyword which I know it will not cause any problem. Once it runs I start to add (or copy) some old keywords into this new ad group and test them out.
Doing this way, I casually detect some "review" keywords such as last week I detected a keyword which caused my new ad group not to run. Although I made a search on for this KW, produced several Adwords.

no,
1) this would have happened then for 11 different products in different niches at once

2) as I searched for my ads I always crawled all subpages till there are no new ads (only repeting ones)

3) most ads are in high demanding niches, and from my experience I also get impressions and clicks also to ads that were sometimes on page 3

But many thanks.

@ FromRocky
Thanks.

The new created/copied campaign is still not running, although I specially choosed a campaign with ad text and keywords that I think would not get red flagged by the system. But who could know?

Maybe it would be a useful feature to get the red flagged status shown up in our stats so that we are able to make further changes to the ad text or keywords if we want.

Well, I can't believe it but I can make a final note to this thread. Half a hour ago I recieved this email from adwords support:

--------------------
I apologize for the difficulty in displaying your ad. A technical issue
was preventing your ads from displaying properly, despite having been
reviewed by our specialists.

We have currently implemented a temporary solution, while our technical
specialists work towards a permanent solution.
--------------------

And I really can find all my ads again on google and they're picking up impr and clicks like normal.

It took 10 days to get this finally fixed, but now I'm pretty happy :)

Many thanks to anyone for your help, suggestions and support. It was a big help.

Sounds pretty familiar. Well I opened several new support tickets to get finally the adwords specialist who was able to detect the technical issue on my account. Maybe thats the way to go as well for you.

Hope this will get fixed soon...
