How to create 10,000 ads+?

Anyone done this using a spreadsheet?

I want to create some product specific ads that are to be very targetted so the basic keyword insertion option won't do.

Has anyone needed to do this before? I mean, Ideally I'd like to create 50,000 ads in a spreadsheets and have google add them for me as creating them manually, well zzzzzz...
