My ad's CPC, CTR and avg POS has not changed. But I noticed a drop in clicks and managed to nail it down to less impressions. I haven't noticed any new players in my market using adwords, so the only thing I can think of is an algo change or less inventory for that keyword, perhaps due to Yahoo's switch over, or MSN's new search picking up the slack?

Anyone else notice this?

I have noticed about a 10% decline or so.

I don't think the other engines ever ran adwords, so your ads wouldn't have shown up anyhow.

Is your ad seasonal? Have you tried editing them and changing some of your keywords?

You can also try and disable the group and re-enable. Possibly a server is out of sync and doing this (while offering some downtime) may "re-seed" the servers.

good luck.

February is notorious as being one of the worst months of the year for many industries. January has the xmas returns and specials, and February is the groaning over credit card bills, March-April is when things usually settle back into the spring shopping fever.

I posted on this a couple of weeks ago. We have had a 40-50% drop in impressions with all other factors remaining the same. We aren't that seasonal and a small ticket item bought to solve a problem like now.

I concluded that Google were definitely taking a bit of a bath in out market area

I saw a 50% drop for one site yesterday. Not really sure what has happened, especially as it is the start of the month, so the budget does not need to readjust itself.

Our impressions are also down however that could be becuase of the bad news coming out of our country. It's not directly affecting our area but we get painted by the same brush.

Our busiest day is usually Monday however yeaterday was more like a Sunday in terms of total visitors, the majority of who come through AdWords and regular Google search.
