Does adwords juice you now and then?

ie: give you good exposure to keep you interested

Does anyone wonder if AdWords knows how to position traffic so it converts well and therefore rotates through their customers to give them a bit of the cream to keep them coming back for more?

Sometimes my conversion numbers seem to randomly go up and down and that has become my only explanation..

I would seriousally doubt that AdWords is in any way manipulating conversion rates and traffic.

Often high/low conversion days have to do with visitor and searcher behavior, time of the month, day of the week, when paydays occur, or even a lucky string of several good visitors, etc.

I can assure you that this is not a part of the algo. ;)
