AdWords down... again.

I wonder when we can we expect AdWords to get healthier. The last couple of weeks have been hit or miss, and the downtime is starting to get ridiculous.

AWA: Why is AdWords so broke-ass lately? It ain't like the fine crew at Google AdWords to be having so many problems.

Not to come to G's defense, but there are some weird things going on in CA right now. I have only been able to get into my site, Google, or eBay sporadically for the last hour or so. All were returning DNS errors.

Level 3 has some major network issues at their core. Rumor is core router failures - there are OC-3 (equiv. to 100 T1s) level circuits down right now. That's unrelated.

No, I can get to AdWords, I just get an "AdWords is down right now, come back later." error message from Google.

It's been on and off like that for a couple of weeks now, and seems to be getting worse by the day.

Try being down under when it's night in California - I think they believe that if they take it down durning the night, it won't affect anyone... It seems to go down every couple of hours during the day down here...

Yeah, I'll agree w/ you about the ongoing problems at AdWords. I'm also always getting a "No Data Available" warning from my browser. But hey, at least the url is resolving for you ;)

What can I say except to apologize for the inconvenience. Sorry to those who have had issues - and thanks for your patience.

Needless to say, preventing downtime is at the top of our list - it's bad for all of us. So please know that work is proceeding, as a priority, to both 'fix' and 'prevent'.

I login - I select the campaign - I select the Adgroup - I select the Adtext - I edit the destination URL - try to save changes... and 4 out of five times it goes...

... bang! Back to login screen.

(via both Google UK and G.com)

Very, very, very frustrating...

I'm mostly using IE6 - is it more stable using NN or Opera?

AdWordsAdvisor just said that they are sorry and that they are working to fix the problem. So let`s have some more patience.... (?)

I'm glad it isn't just me having these problems; I thought it was my flaky connection :-)

And I'm even happier to hear that things are being fixed..
