My clicks lost or stolen to Googl Adwords and I can't get respond from them. For 2 days missing 13 clicks on my shoes campaign. Anybody knows what to do?

Definitely needs more explanation! You lost clicks to Google? Do you mean to say Google is showing 13 clicks but you haven't received any?
