Has anybody the same problem?

Cannot access Adword and Adsense

I am currently based in Ireland – Dublin.
For a couple of days I’m trying to access Adword and Adsense but getting always the same error - "The page cannot be displayed".
I’ve tried to use some proxies… - the same result.

I’m starting to think that Adword and Adsense are banned for Ireland or are banned from my ISP (Eircom).

So, my questions are:
1. Has anybody the same problem?
2. If it’s a ban, is there any solution to avoid the problem?
