Adding only keywords based on their position

Hello and thanks in advance:

is there anyway to add only those keywords that will have an estimated average position below 5 without deleting the others (above 5) one by one? (it will take hours....)

Save time by exporting, massaging and then uploading.

but I will only know what the estimate position will be AFTER I upload the keywords...how do I do that?
