Cant kick off my campaign

and am not getting any answers from Google

I wonder if anyone can help?

I am having trouble kicking off my Adwords campaign. I registered a few impressions in the first morning of my campaign, but then all ads seem to have stopped showing.

I have read through all the FAQs and cant see any problems with my setup.

I did set up the ad with an unacceptable title (used multiple!´s) before I changed it and now it should be fine. All the phrases are labelled "moderate" and I am using broad matching.

My billing info is all OK too... I´m banging my head against a wall a bit and as my SERP listings have taken a knock I need to get this sorted as soon as possible.

I have mailed google a few times but they dont reply (friday last week was the first time I mailed them).

Could my account be on hold or what could be the problem?

Could take a few days for the editors to review your ad and unlock them. Unfortunately your ads can be paused with no reason stated when you login. Usually because of multiple editorial reviews on an ad edit or something that triggers personal attention.

[webmasterworld.com...] post #19 has some information if you're using all broad matches on a new campaign.

You might try adding exact and phrase matches of your major keywords to see if they start getting impressions.
