Credit Card processing down?

Found out why my ads stopped, none of my credit cards can be billed. Anyone having a similar problem - cc processor not working or processing billing?

"invalid card" even though i've used it just minutes ago elsewhere :)

We've had that problem when our credit card was maxed.
