Spliting Groups into campaigns or

combining campaigns, is it possible.

I was going to post this under things that would be nice to have, but maybe I just missed it and the capability is already there.

I have two campaigns right now. One has 6 ad groups and has a CTR of 1.5% in search, the other one has one ad group and has a CTR of 2.5%. Yesterday, I decided to create another one, but after showing the ads for about 800 impressions it was clear that CTR was going to be under 0.5%. Taking into account that I was going to be charged a $5 fee, I decided to just create an ad group in one of the other campaigns and move the ad there so that the strong ones would help keep a decent CTR.

My questions are:

1) Is it possible to just move a group into another campaign without having to create a new ad and copy paste the keywords?

2) Is it possible to do the reverse and break out some groups into their own campaigns to control budget further. {I hate that the one that brings a lot of clicks eats up the daily budget before the other ones get any}?

3) Am I correct to believe that the CTR is measured by campaign? If it is by account, I just did some work for nothing.

Thanks in advance

As far as I know, there is no way to move KWs and ads into other accounts. In fact, I'm not sure if you can move a KW and not lose it's history - in another thread I'm waiting for an AWA answer to that one.

I think this is a feature many would like to see. G does not have easy ways to reorganize campaigns and ads.
