We've been chugging along fine this year until this morning I received the dreaded "you haven't received enough click-throughs in your last 1,000 impressions" email, and now my account is suspended for certain keywords (yeah, it helps me a lot, Google, for you to suspend keywords that are getting 3.0% CTRs) that are generated by some ridiculous automated algorithm that certainly isn't being generated by historical CTR.
When this happens, what if you just let it keep going with the suspensions in place? At what point does it reset and say, "hey, we looked at it again, and you still aren't getting the right CTR"? Because I certainly hesitate to click that "I've reset my keywords, start tracking it again" button until I do a pretty substantial overhaul.
[whine]Seems to me that when you're continuously experimenting, as I am, you're bound to hit a patch where you don't get the 5 clicks in 1000 impressions, even if over a day or a week you're fine.[/whine]
How many $5 account resets are you allowed? Is it infinite?
Anyway, I still would like to know if anyone knows how many $5 account resets you're allowed? It hasn't happened to us yet, but if it does, I'd like to know how many additional chances we get.
