Last night and this morning the system has been crashing

Error says engineers have been contacted. I cannot log in again for about 20 minutes.
Anyone else having this problem?

Various problems come and go. If they think nothing is wrong, you will be asked to provide details of your setup. e.g. last week I could not click anything without being taken to the login prompt. After they "fixed" it, I could go anywhere except the My Account tab.

The system is constantly changing and so it seems under maintenance. If it does not work just try again a few hours later. It drives me crazy sometimes, as I make a living from this stuff :-(
