I wonder if someone can help me here.

Why is my [keyword] 'at risk' when its CTR seems fine to me. The ad is at the top of the right hand side, with these stats:

>> Last 7 days:
Impressions: 23,131
Clicks: 881
CTR: 3.8%

>> Today
Impressions: 3,487
Clicks: 130
CTR: 3.7%

Surely these are okay aren't they? I'm only one of 3 advertisers, so there isn't even much competition...

I've had this particular keyword going on the same setup, same creative, same price for about 10 months now with no previous problem.

Very confused.

Hi,

I wish I knew the answer.

We have had similar CTR and had the keyword disabled, after being 'at risk'.
Emails to adwords take so long to receive a reply, and then it is often a standard reply.

When are they going to get some customer service
with a phone number for urgent problems?

[webmasterworld.com...] has a lot of information about the keyword status.

That status is an indicator of how well your ads are going only on G's site. It does not take into account content or partner advertising.
