Adwords and page rank

Can adwords campaign effect page rank?

Hi all, this is my first post, please excuse amateur-ness:

I have been running a fairly good adwords campaign for the last 3 months, but my page rank still = 0, and the search rank on G is sometimes top 5, but not findable (1000+?).

I have set-up some links with other sites and submit to SE's @ every month or two.

How can I get a consistent ranking on G? The ecommerce site has a resonable amount of good content, text, etc

googles search listings and page rank are totally seperate from adwords.

You'll do better if you're looking for high serp listings to read through some other forums, as AdWords and SERP listings aren't related.
