How do i re-enable a keyword?

This keyword has been disabled because its clickthrough rate (CTR) for the last 1,000 ad impressions it generated on Google falls below the minimum required CTR.

I got this error message but I can't seem to see where I can restore my keywords for a "second-chance" or can we not do this?

If you modify/change your ad you will get a second chance. ;)
