Weird hits on ad from Netscape Search, is it a clickbot?

This has happened many times before and is now happening with my Adword campaign : got some really weird hits from Netscape Search on my adword keyword.

When I checked my referral log on hitbox, it says "page cannot be found" but the referring URL belongs to Netscape Search. I suspect these visitors are not human visitors.

Have just emailed Google Adword support and waiting for their reply.

Anyone got a similar experience? Any info will be helpful, thanks.

Thanks Jenstar. Guess I missed that post.

So at least I'm not alone getting strange clicks from Search.netscape.

At some places on their site, Netscape are driving traffic directly to Google ads through clickable links rather than typed in search terms, ie, Hot Searches at the top of the main page. A couple of our search terms have been featured there recently and this has caused a massive increase in impressions and click throughs.

ie, Hot Searches at the top of the main page

IMHO that is totally unethical with a PPC search term. None of that traffic would make money for anyone except Netscape & Google.
