There were several days that Google overdelivered ads. In the past, they just credited me back for the over delivery. This month, so far nothing. I e-mailed them on Friday, and I am still waiting for a response. Does it usaully take two business days for Google to respond?

Compworld, the overdelivery credits are still very much in place. However, where you see them has changed.

You many have noticed an update to the 'My Account' pages recently (it caught the eye of a few of you in this forum, and their was a very short thread about it).

In the old My Account pages, the overdelivery credits showed on the initial page you were taken to.

In the new My Account pages, however, the overdelivery credits are only seen if you click on the 'Payment received' link. This link takes you to a more detailed view of the payment, including any overdelivery credits that were applied.

Hope this clears up the mystery.
