why can't access into google's adwords introduction

i am located in China, i often fail in opening this page: [adwords.google.com...]
how about you? pls tell me why?

It is an https site - perhaps something is wrong with your Intenret Explorer browser settings. Try accessing the site using Netscape or Opera. If you have no problems with other browsers, go to Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - Restore Defaults - OK.
