AOL Search imporperly displays adwords

they direct visitors to the display url not the destination url

Adwords showing on AOL Search are using the "Display URL" as the link target instead of the "Destination URL."

Does anyone know how long this has been going on?

I cannot believe there is an error of this magnitude involving AOL and Google.

I just checked it by doing a search on www.aol.com and while the hover for the link does just show the display URL, if you click the ad, it will go to the target URL of the ad.

I now see the same thing, so either they responded quickly to my email to customer service or it is configured differently on different servers.

It was definately incorrect this morning - I can show you the damage in my log files.
