Google and 301 redirect

How does it effect page rank

Hi,
We have three domains, 2 have PR4 and one has PR2. I want to do a 301 redirect of two of the domains so we will have a PR4 and a PR2 pointed to the PR4. Each domain has the same content.

Any idea on who the PR of after the 301 will look on the remaining domain?
