Failed Payment - card declined

I had a problem with my payment and my account has been suspended. My weekly limit for transaction was
exceeded and I will have to make payment on Monday. But I don't know if my payment will accepted because when I place my credit card number again so "Card Declined". I would like to call google but unfortunately my english is bad. I'm writing that there in case that AWA will see that before google support that have more emails after weekend.
I have question for you yet. How long will last google support to read my email?

I think I understand.

1st thing you should do should be to contact your payment card provider to query balance/transaction with them.

They may be the 1s who are blocking any outgoing payments because of low balance etc.

So Google will keep rejecting your payment until the card issuer authorises the transaction (imo)

thanks for reply. Yes I had called my payment card provider and they told me that I exceeded weekly limit (only a few bucks extra :-( ). I must wait on Monday (7 hours yet) and then I will try to make payment. I hope Google didn't ban my credit card forever...

Google doesn't ban it. They will ask you to 'update your billing info'. You are allowed to input the same info you had before the card was declined, and G will attempt to collect whatever is due as soon as you submit the new info.
Once the card goes through, all is well again.

WOW, eWhisper was right. I submitted billing info again on Monday, payment received and my ads are living immediately! Excellent job Google Adwords!
