We are sure it is just teh one IP address, because we tried a trace route on the Google Adwords URL, and we got dropped at the fifteenth hop. This continued happenning for about three days. We talked to our AdWords rep about this also tried emailing Google, all to no avail. In the end we were left with no choice but to change our IP Address. Since then, everything works hunky Dory.
To me, this is really a very limitted solution, and we don't want to keep moving our IP Address to access AdWords, especially if we triggered some automated ban which we are liable to trip again.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar, and if so, how did you get it resolved?

I am a bit peeved about the whole thing, quite frankly, and wish there was some other resoltuion, or at least someone we could speak to about this!
Please consider sending an email to AdWords support using the 'Contact Us' link in your account, briefly describing the chain of events. Please be sure to include the IP address in question. ;)
In your email, ask that AdWordsAdvisor be copied. I'll then do a little more footwork, and reply to you.
