How long does it take for google and overture to review and approve search keywords?

Seems pretty fast. Even with the weekend pile, some ads I had made over the weekend were reviewed by 3:30pm EST Monday. I know this because they didn't like a couple and sent me an email telling me to revise them. Otherwise you never really know except that they start getting many more impressions. If you have adsense enabled for the campaign, that would be a good indication that you can see since they won't show there until approved.
