How often are stats updated?

A couple of times per day, also depending on how busy the system is :-)

Really, the stats are updating throughout the day, and run up to three hours behind. So, not real time - but close.

Their site says that results should be within 15 min. but they sometimes may be delayed.

I have not been on long enough to have any good estimates, but that's what I've read on their site.
