Seeing Adwords if you are not in the Target Country?

Hi all,

How might I see my adwords placement if I'm targetting only the US but I live in Denmark?

I'm sure this is a daft question but.....

I guess you'll need to find a proxy server which is located in that country which you can connect to. That way, all requests from you to Google look like they are coming from that proxy server, rather than your own IP address. You should then be served content targeted to that country.

Somebody had mentioned this in this forum before - Use the &gl=countrycode tag to the search results URL and search again.

If you want to view USA results, append the URL with &gl=us
For UK, append the URL with &gl=uk

and so on...

gl= geo-location?
