I need some direction how to optimize my campains, so far I am at lousy 1% Can you give some pointer or direct me to the source.
Another question I have, Is there program which can manage google compains, optimize them and etc

Are you at 1% with content targeting? If so, 1% isn't too bad.

Just experiment with the Adwords options. And continue to read and ask questions here at WW and you will be an Adwords pro in no time.
